fine groundsreally good qualitykind staff

I found the resort grounds fine and the pools immaculate. every meal had so much choice and really good quality. the staff were warm and genuinely kind. I felt cared for. (especially by ioanna!).

the resort layout was a bit confusing initially. clear signage would really improve navigation throughout the hotel.

the resort includes at least three pool areas, which prevents overcrowding. multiple pools offer ample space . there is also a heated pool located in the spa area.

an amazing week stay

perfect weathergreat foodnice room

the weather was perfect with a slight breeze most of the time. food was amazing the a la carte restaurants were all great with very nice food. i stayed in a premium double room pool view which was great i didn't feel the need for a swim up. i managed to get sunbeds everyday but some people were out at 7am reserving.

there was no lack of luxury on the hotel and the staff were kind. the sunbeds situation was not enjoyable. it would be nice if the sunbeds were not reserved so early each morning.

the staff were very friendly and polite. the staff in the restaurants were excellent. they made sure we had plenty to drink round the pool all day. nothing was too much trouble.

the hotel is located only 17 minutes from the airport. the short distance made the journey to and from the hotel very easy. there were no issues with external noise.

The staff were superb. They were very friendly and polite. nothing was too much trouble for them, especially in the restaurants. the food and drinks were excellent, and reservations at the gourmet restaurants were easily secured. the resort looked fine, especially at night, and it was spotlessly clean. (i loved the attention to detail.)

we stayed in a 'luxury' swim-up room, but it lacked a proper bathroom with just a sink and a large mirror behind the bed. the separate shower and toilet offered no bath, and the lighting was inadequate. the sunbed placement meant we had limited sun exposure for most of the day.

the food and beverage managers regularly checked on customer satisfaction. the asian restaurant stood out, as the staff were knowledgeable and suggested dishes. the brunch restaurant felt indulgent with its variety of dishes and attentive service.
